I've been using the Voice Changer - Voice Effects app for a while now, mostly for goofing around with friends and adding some fun to my videos. The app first launched a few years back and you can easily find and download it from the Google Play Store. It's had tens of millions of installs, which shows how popular it is for quick voice fun. The core app is free to download and install, and you don't even need to register to start using it right away. That instant access is a big plus. Of course, being a free app, it does show ads, and there are some premium effects and features locked behind in-app purchases.

Using the app is super simple. You just hit the record button, say something, and then scroll through the massive list of effects to hear your transformed voice. I use it mostly to create funny messages to send in group chats or to dub over short clips. A good tip is to play around with the 'Sound' and 'Tune' sliders after picking an effect; you can really fine-tune how extreme or subtle the change is.
